This private tracker creates a cycle-by-cycle summary for pattern discussions. It records timing but does not diagnose menstrual migraine.

Start with a blank, spacious worksheet.
The printable version uses US Letter paper, selectable text, generous writing space, and the same prompts as the private builder.
Why this exists
Put cycle and headache timing on the same page.
Separate calendars make timing patterns hard to see. This tracker keeps bleeding days, headache dates, symptoms, and medication notes together across three cycles so you can compare what repeated and what did not.
How to use it
- Complete only the prompts that matter to your situation. Unknown or forgotten details can stay blank.
- Watch the live PDF preview update as you enter information.
- Download or print that exact PDF, or use the blank worksheet by hand.
- Review the result before sharing it. Remove anything you do not want another person to see.
A realistic way to use it
After each cycle, record bleeding dates and headache dates on the same line. Add only notable symptom or medication changes, then compare all three cycles rather than drawing a conclusion from one month.
What the output means
The summary shows dates and observations you entered. It does not diagnose menstrual migraine or establish that hormonal timing caused an attack.
Privacy by construction
The form works in browser memory. Calmraine does not receive the names, symptoms, treatments, cycle dates, workplace notes, contact details, or other text entered here. Analytics can record that someone started or exported the tool, but never the field values. Reloading or clearing the form removes the current entries.
Methodology and sources
The three-cycle layout is designed to make repeated timing visible while preserving uncertainty. It uses the user’s dates rather than applying diagnostic timing criteria or producing a score.

If a headache or neurological symptom feels new, sudden, severe, or unsafe, use appropriate urgent medical care instead of waiting to finish a worksheet.
